• I can do custom adjustments on most of my items such as adding sterling silver or gold filled ear wires to originally brass-made or plated items, or making a design in sterling silver rather than gold filled and vice versa, or remove/add dangles (Prices vary for custom adjustments).

• HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY:
* When not wearing the jewelry, keep it stored in a small airtight baggie (such as the one I include with your order) and put that in your jewelry box away from heat and humidity.
* Remove jewelry when washing hands, showering, or swimming.
* Avoid spraying or applying any alcohol or oil-based products such as perfume, hairspray, body lotions, cleansers or hair grooming products on or near the jewelry. The alcohol or oil content can cause beads to dry out and crack, can dull the finish and loosen the crystals, and cause some metal parts to discolor or tarnish.
* Never expose jewelry to extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time as this can cause many beads to dry out and crack, and colors to fade.
* Avoid tugging or pulling on necklaces and bracelets so that the chain does not break.
• Cleaning Jewelry: Use a dry soft cloth such as a jewelry polishing cloth for silver or gold (or one for both). I use Connoisseurs Polishing Cloths for Gold Jewelry and for Silver Jewelry (polishing cloths can be found right here on Etsy.com). If you do not have a polishing cloth, use a clean flannel shirt cloth to brighten and shine the metals.
* Please Do NOT submerge in or use any type of jewelry cleaning liquid, cleaning cream or water.
• WHAT IS 14K GOLD FILLED?
Gold filled is a thick layer of 14K gold pressure bonded to a brass base metal. Gold filled has 100 times more gold than gold plating and is much more valuable and tarnish resistant. It does not flake or rub off. It can be worn by most without worries of an allergic reaction to the jewelry. Gold filled jewelry is an economical alternative to solid gold and should last many years if taken care of properly.

Thank you for the compliment, Lauren, I’m so glad you like them. If you read my descriptions of each of my listings, the actual size of the item is stated, plus with this pair of earrings there was a picture of the earrings in my hand so you could get a good idea of their actual size visually, and there was a picture of the earrings next to an American dime to show the actual size compared to a dime. A lot of Etsy jewelry pictures are taken more close up so that you can see the details, so always make sure to 1. Read the description for accurate measurements of the item, and 2. look at each picture for the item so that you can easily see how big or small the item actually is. But I am so happy that you’re enjoying the earrings! Thanks for your review!
